Elaine Krall

Elaine Krall, 95, New Smyrna Beach, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at her home. Elaine was born on August 7, 1927 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Robert and Glenna Bennett. She lived in Middle Smith and Easton, PA before moving to Baltimore, MD where she met the love of her life, John. They were married in 1946 and in 1958 moved to Titusville when John was transferred to NASA Launch Operations at Cape Canaveral. In 1965 the family settled in New Smyrna Beach, raising their five children. Elaine was very involved with her ever growing family. She was a bus driver for several Catholic Schools and volunteered as a Pink Lady at Bert Fish Hospital, New Smyrna Beach. After retirement, she and John traveled extensively in their RV, visiting most of the United States. Survivors include two sons, John (Eileen) and Bruce (Debby) Krall; two daughters, Carolyn Field and Linda (Roy) Cooper; six grandchildren, Juan, Roberto and William (Cito) Field, Elyse Gabringer, Teal Miles and John (JC) Krall and ten great grandchildren. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, John George Krall in 2001 and her daughter, Wendy Krall George in 2017. Graveside funeral service will be 11 AM Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens, Edgewater.
